World War 2 Two II WW2 WWII

Information.

I have moved to Bazoges En Pareds, Vendee, France to an old farm-building which contains some pencil writings & drawings. I wondered if they mean anything to anyone please or if anyone can steer me in the right direction? There are several names written although most are hard to make out or worn away with time. The two main are Fernand Guedon & Auguste Guedon. Stalag IXA Komando:1004 Gefangimmen(the rest is illegible) 1460. 15 May 1940 Prisoner de Guene? Another word which is a little vague: pebusenfrei and other names Maurice Chaveau, Hoetrol Chataiganei, Marie Jouepose & Bonnie Jomme 1942.

These surnames are pretty much a guess I'm afraid but I would be very grateful if anyone can let me know if someone would be interested in viewing this or knowing of the details. Thanks very much.

John Mundy

The above sketch was made of my father during his internment at Stalag IXA in 1944. We don't know the name of the artist but would love to find out. (It is signed C.L. POW 46 15.3.44)

My father's name was Spr. John Mundy of the Royal Canadian Engineers. He was captured during the Dieppe Raid on August 19, 1942 and remained a POW for the duration of the war.
