  • 30th Battalion
  • 2nd Battalion, Princess Louise's Kensington Regiment
  • No. 1 Independent Company (Middlesex)
  • No. 2 Independent Company (Middlesex)
  • No. 3 Independent Company (Middlesex)
  • 31st Independent Brigade Group MG Company (Middlesex)


My husband, Sidney Dixon was a Private in Middlesex Regiment. He served on D-Day landing on Gold Beach. He was on Mortars. Went through France, Germany etc. This picture taken whilst on leave in Brussels.
