Information. RAF Marham was situated in Norfolk, it was built in 1935, as part of the airfields expansion project. It had previously been used by the RFC during the Great War and is still in use today. Squadrons stationed at RAF Marham No: 115 Squadron. 1939 to Sep 1942 No: 38 Squadron. 1939 to Nov 1940 No: 149 Squadron. 1939 No: 218 Squadron. Nov 1940 to July 1942 No: 1483 (Bomber) Gunnery Training Flight. July to Oct 1942 105 Squadron Sep 1942 to Mar 1944 No:139 Squadron.
