Information. RAF Greatham The airfield became West Hartlepool Civic Airport and was later built on by British Steel. Today the Airport buildings are used by the Fire Brigade The Wartime Memories Project would like to hear from anyone who was stationed at Greatham during the war years, or anyone who lived nearby.
